Vibrational Healing and its Affects Sensations, Feelings, Thoughts and Emotions

Sensations, Feelings, Thoughts, and Emotions all have specific vibrational, electromagnetic fields which can be amplified, modulated, and balanced by vibrational healing techniques. In my own practice, I use energy therapies–polarity energy balancing and craniosacral balancing to effect the flow of these electromagnetic fields in the body. I also use sound and meditation to effect changes in these fields. I think of my sessions as using “sound and light” therapies in a field of Divine Love to attune the person’s energy back to their divine blueprint. The “light” part of the session includes the use of crystals and stones, which are naturally encoded with the unified energy field of Mother Earth and the rest of the cosmos. Previously, I have referred them to being the “frozen light of God”. I use meditation to attune to the person’s Highest Good, setting the parameters of the field of incoming Thoughts into the highest vibration. The “sound” portion of the session are employed by using meditative music, the use of singing bowls, Tibetan cymbals, and tuning forks to emit pure sound, another primordial element of energy. Love, of course, is the highest vibration and just holding this emotion as a field for others can affect remarkable healing.

The reason crystals are so potent for vibrational healing is that they contain “Codes of Light” and the “Rays of Divine Consciousness”.  The Unified Energy Field (UEF) of the whole cosmos is reflected in the gemstones, jewels, and the various “rocks” of our Earth‘s crust. Think of crystals and gemstones as containing the “frozen light” of the Divine. Pure in their crystalline structures and the type of Light they refract, they imbue pure qualities into our own auric energy fields.

If we saw the geometrical forms of the crystalline structures of these beautiful rocks and gemstones, we would be amazed at how “high-tech” these structures would appear.

Vibrational healing uses the physics of resonant fields to amplify and attune to higher frequencies. In my crystal attunement sessions I begin with the proven energy healing techniques of Polarity Energy Balancing, craniosacral therapy and also use crystals and tuning fork vibrations to effect the electromagnetic energy field of a person. People report these sessions have such beneficial effects. The crystals amplify and attune our energy field and our energy centers to the various (healing) Rays…covering the spectrum of visible rainbow colors. According to the ancient Vedic system of healing each color or ray affects a certain physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy center (chakra) which makes up our energy field. As an example, the Orange Ray matches up with the color of the 2nd chakra, or our sacral center. This center affects  our creativity, specifically our reproductive systems, but also affects our emotions and emotional body as well. Although there are many stones that can have a beneficial effect on the  Sacral center, one I like to use is Orange Calcite.

Yes, the effects of crystals or gemstones and the vibrations of various sounds to effect healing seem subtle compared to the effects of some of our pharmaceuticals, and various stimulants and depressants…but after all we are dealing with the subtle realm…and this is where everything happens first, before it manifests in the physical realm. Actually, some pharmaceuticals do come from minerals. One beautiful crystal I use is Kunzite, a stone associated with Love which actually contains lithium. Instead of using these minerals biochemically, like in a drug, crystal attunements vibrationally effect the  electromagnetic field of a person.

Our planet is being bathed by more intense rays from our Sun and other cosmic sources…this is a fact. “Ascension” seems to be the spiritual metaphor of this fact, where our consciousness is also being effected. We are having to evolve to be able to receive more of this Light.

As scientists are learning about new physics and we are becoming more aware of this subtle quantum realm, it concomitantly brings forth new thought and new modalities….funny thing, though…it seems that ancient healing techniques are more in tune with these new discoveries!

I know how scary it is to express our true callings…after all, I am a crystal vibrational healer providing attunements for people back to their Divine Blueprints! That’s what I really am called to do in this life and have practiced in lives past. I have gotten a couple of degrees and regular jobs focus on competition and some lower motives just to make enough dollars to survive. Enough! Of course, I am braver now….I’m older and wiser…and willing to take a stand…

Start with really doing what you LOVE! This is truly only thing that will bring you fulfillment ultimately…no matter how much time you can devote to that, the time has come to express your creativity….

We are more than our degrees! We are more than our economic status! We are really more than we can imagine!

It has certainly been awhile since I posted to my website! There has been so much that has been happening both on Mother Earth and Father Sun. Today, as I write there is a solar flare of energy being expelled from Father Sun.

All of us are also extremely aware of Mother Earth’s changes in the form of her earthquakes in Japan and elsewhere, not to mention her emotional Tsunami’s! Thank Goodness! for the Ring of Fire….it seems a geological metaphor for the allowance for all kinds of movements of the earth’s crust–similar to the soft spot in a baby’s cranium in allowing the movement and growth of the human skull.

This is all to say with this much shifting energy, my own energy has been quite erratic and my own body has seemed to be a site of environmental remediation of these earth and cosmic energies! Have you also had to take periods of rest? Has your own energy been compromised? Perhaps, you too, are a Radiant Healer and quite sensitive.

I was able to perform my healing duties quite well for the Gulf Oil Spill and did a crystal attunement to support the healing of the Gulf (see it on my website). That was a man-made catastrophe but now I am quite convinced that when it comes to earth changes, my energy is definitely affected! When Haiti hit I experienced anxiety and a lot of emotional feelings and had to rest a lot. With Japan’s earthquake same thing. I am definitely convinced even more that I am sensitive to both earth and solar energy. Since I do know I channel energies it makes sense, doesn’t it? Are you also having these types of energy ups and downs?

Also, in terms of helping Mother Earth with hers and our Ascension let us please remember to balance our Emotions, Feelings, Thoughts and Sensations to interact with Mother Earth’s changes. It is like a simple meditation….become Still, become Silent, and become your Radiant Self in your Solitude in that moment!

Opal comes in a variety of colors.  Common Opal, Precious White Opal, Blue Opal, Black Opal, Fire Opal and Pink Opal.  Common Opal does not have the “fire” of color that we see in the other Opals, but  it is emotionally supportive and nurturing. Precious White Opal is the one most commonly found in jewelry.  Robert Simmons says White Precious Opal carries the “seed of the Holy Fire“, with intense spiritual energy, amplifying emotions good or bad. When it amplifies negative emotions, we can learn the cost of negative emotions and release them.

Black Precious Opal is of magic and mystery. It magnifies intention. It can release traumas from past lives for healing and clear the mind in meditation.

Fire Opal is for passion and creativity, the 2nd chakra.

Sapphire comes in a variety of colors–blue, white, black, yellow and green.  My favorite is blue.  Virgo’s birthstone, it can bring peace and joy and freedom of unwanted thoughts.  Virgo, ruled by Mercury, can have many unwanted thoughts. Blue Sapphire is said to hold the records of development of civilization and provides a connection with the intuitive and psychic realms. These stones are said to have been given to us from benevolent Earth-Keepers who wanted to assist us in learning to live in kindness, compassion and appreciation and for healing the Earth herself.  It promotes cleansing of the Earth’s atmosphere and transmuting negative energy. (Melody, “Love is in the Earth”, p 586.).  Blue Sapphire is said to give mental focus, clarity, and can aid in communicating one’s vision.  It works on the Throat and Third Eye Chakras, is good  for tranmistting one’s highest wisdom. It brings loyalty and fidelity in love relationships. (“The Book of Stones”, p. 340)

Periodot grandly exemplifies Leo‘s warm and friendly energy and was thought to symbolize the Sun, the ruler of Leo. In Greece it bestowed the energy of royalty to the wearer! It works with the energy of the Solar Plexus, the chakra of the will and the highest implementation of the will, that of attunement to the Will of God, not our personal, egoic will.  And it heals heart problems often associated with the Heart of the Lion. July’s Birthstone is the Ruby.  It is corundum with a color range from pink, crimson red to orange red.

It is a heart chakra stone and encourages the stimulation of the loving emotional side toward nurturing.  It has been used to stabilize one’s economic status and helps one to follow bliss!  This could be a very good stone for the many who have suffered these harder economic times by losing a job.  It could help in finding an authentic life expression, doing what you love and perhaps beginning a new fulfilling venture! “It can assist one in changing one’s world, promoting creativity and expansiveness in awareness and manifestation!” (Melody, “Love is in the Earth“, p. 573.

It forms in both saltwater and freshwater.  I cannot help but to associate it with the  Feminine Opalescent Ray of Divine Grace.  According to Melody, the author of “It signifies faith, charity, an innocence, “Love is in the Earth”, it enhances personal integrity, and helps to provie a focus to one’s attention. It symbolizes purity and can stimulate that condition in ones body and mind preparing us a clear vehicle for advancing states of wisdom and clear channel for spiritutal guidance.  It has sometimes been called a “stone of sincerity” bringing truth.

Another birthstone for June is the Alexandrite, a beautiful stone which looks green or blue-green in daylight, and red or red-purple in incandescent light. It is a form of chrysoberyl.  It is said to bring joy and a powerful stone for transformation and spiritual evolvement, according to Robert Simmons, “The Book of Stones”. He goes on to say it “embodies the green of the heart and the purple of the higher mind”. It is said this stone helps one to move beyond grief.

Although I do remote crystal attunement sessions, I see many clients for a physical sessions. I establish energy flow by supportive and healing touch in the form of cradling the head, working on reflex points, laying my hands on their heads and bodies. This establishes energy flow as I mentioned, but the value of healing touch goes beyond the initiation of energy flow. It has been found to be an inherent factor in stress relief and in establishing healthy neural patterns, healthy immune response patterns and promotes thriving in newborns. There have been many studies done regarding stress levels going down with the use of touch but now scientists have recognized that our genetics is actually effected by early patterns of nurturing touch. While we all have individual unique genetic propensities, scientists have often questioned why a particular gene turns on or off which has been found to be a factor in many disease processes . Now, scientists have found that a mother rat’s nurturing touch actually provides the newborn rat strength in coping for its developing nervous and immune systems.  A nurtured baby seems to have more resilience, less anxiety and greater coping skills to stressors in the environment.

This is important because stress is a factor which can actually turn on genes that can later cause nervous or immune reactions, setting the newborn up for a variety of disease processes in later life. This is the field of “epigenetics“. Simply said, nurturing touch is even more of a requisite for health than once thought!
